- During your tenure as a Instructional Training Designer in our Organization and Workforce Transformation practice, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Collaborate with functional and technical subject matter experts to identify training needs, design the training curriculum, develop story boards and then design the training content
- Design and develop engaging training material, including e-training modules, instructor-led training, job aids, quick reference guides and multimedia resources.
- Implement and facilitate training programs, workshops, and training sessions to enhance employee knowledge, skills,
and competencies
- Leverage a variety of instructional design methodologies and technologies to create effective and interactive training experiences
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to measure training outcomes and make improvements.
- Research and stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in training and development to continuously enhance our programs.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with business goals and address organizational needs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in implementing performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.
- Collaborate with external vendors, trainers, and consultants as needed to deliver specialized training programs or resources.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Training and Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field
- Verbal and written proficiency in Arabic and English
- Proven experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, and training methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-training authoring tools
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Strong project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and evaluate training initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong command of English is mandatory with fluent Arabic preferred
- Strong proficiency in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel (required)
