Job Summary Looking for an Admin Assistant in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates UAE Job Key Details Respond to calls from clients and make calls to them where necessary Plan and schedule appointments Organize meetings participate and take minutes Maintain a filing system Prepare and share out email correspondence memos letters etc Maintain office policies as well as procedures Request for office supplies and research new deals as well as suppliers Prepare regularly scheduled reports Conduct any other related tasks as may be required Job Qualifications and Experience Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline At least 2 years of experience in the construction field Strong knowledge of office management systems as well as procedures Good knowledge of office equipment Expertise in MS Office suite Good communication and time management skills Application Procedure All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
