The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the trading team, handling campaigns on our Demand Side Platform technology and 1st and 3rd party audience data Job Title:Addressable Trading Manager Job Description: Key Accountabilities Advanced platform hands-on knowledge of key DSPs (DV360, Mediamath, Adobe, Trade Desk, Amobee) with in-depth understanding of the Algorithm, technology, short cuts, new and unique features for each DSP Implementation of tags (creative) pixels (DSP, DMP) and tag management for initializing/updating creative so as to provide efficacy and transparency around campaign delivery by using different tools. Troubleshooting all the Complex issues with regards to the Campaign, pixel implementation,
Audience Management etc. Manage daily campaign health including advanced set-up, optimization, tracking and status of various campaigns, and putting together weekly insights for the Account Management team along with end of campaign analysis and presentations Apply analytics in a business environment; marketing analysis, data mining, predictive modelling, customer segmentation, forecasting etc. for campaign design, campaign management, and analysis Excellent understanding of adserver, attribution and data management platforms (including but not limited to Google CM, GA360, Adobe Analytics ) Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and develop other actionable insights with DSP, SSP, Data partners Confident working with programmatic in many forms; desktop, mobile, native, VOD, standard display, rich media, DCO etc. Develop and evolve best-in-class client reporting including insightful weekly reporting and commentary as well as meaningful post campaign analysis and feedback with working knowledge of platforms such as Datorama, Data studio, Tableau. Professional Skills Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Understanding of basic statistics Commercially aware Key Requirements 5+ years of experience at an agency or ad network or at a demand side platform executing exchange based programmatic strategies. Must have real experience executing campaigns through DSPs, purchasing and using data, and advising clients on audience buying strategies.
