BSI are looking for a Commercial Director to provide Sales Leadership to the META System Certification and Training Business. The incumbent will ensure growth of the META Assurance Business in the Middle East, Turkey and South Africa within the guidelines of the Strategic Plan.
As a Commercial Director you will be pivotal in:
- ensuring that the training & assessment sales targets /budgets are achieved for Turkey, ME, South Africa and result in the achievement of revenue and profit targets
- ensuring that the strategic plans & objectives for BSI Assurance Business in the Middle East, Turkey and South Africa region are developed & executed
- managing the Commercial / Sales Activities in the various countries including collaboration with the sales teams
- managing the development and implementation of a client relationship protocol including a business development infrastructure to ensure financial viability and business sustainability in META
- strategic relationship building as well as maintaining a targeted key & corporate account relationships across META
- managing and co-ordinating the implementation of the Assurance SC and Training business development strategies and projects within agreed standards and deadlines
- ensuring the effective onboarding, training & development, performance and management of winning sales/commercial teams in the 3 countries
As a Commercial Director for BSI you will be/have:
- relevant experience combined with solid technical exposure and P&L; experience plus demonstrated business and financial acumen combined with sales and marketing experienc
- Knowledge of relevant Standards, Legislation, sales, marketing principles, training and certification products
- exceptional skills in Leadership; Planning & organizing; Problem solving & analysis; Commercial awareness; Action orientation; Strategic thinking; resilience
- Arabic speaker, you'll be based in or happy to relocate to Dubai
