Entire management and coordination of AVME’s company and VW Group companies mobility, a fleet of over 300 vehicles.



- Liaise with AVME Employees/VW Group companies for car use new order/return vehicles.

- Approach concerned departments/dealers to ensure vehicle availability and confirming orders.

- Responsible for arranging registration/de-registration and handover/return of vehicles.

- Maintaining a vehicle master database with all information on each car, filing all documents per vehicle.

- Maintaining traffic fine/Salik account, ensuring smooth run of everyday business, regularly informing traffic authorities about changes on the company file.

- Preparing Salik report, mobility deduction report monthly to Accounts and HR.







- Preparing mobility deduction invoice for VW Group companies.

- First point of contract to AVME personnel / VW Group companies regarding car accidents, traffic fines and first point of contract to AVME employees regarding everything fleet related.

- Preparing vehicle use agreements for AVME personnel and VW Group companies.

- Issuing LPOs for car repairs to suppliers, monitoring/reporting/allocating repair costs, approving repairs.

- Requesting and organizing insurance transactions towards insurer, receiving invoices, registering invoices and credit notes, approving invoices and credit notes.

- Discussing/negotiating premium/claims with insurer.

- Scheduling repair works, vehicle preparations for internal workshop with the dealer workshop.

- Accomplishing the process of registration and de registration for Audi press/marketing pool vehicles for journalists, events, replacements, trainings, etc., ensuring smooth flow of marketing/PR pool running.

- Working on constant process for improving car pool management.

- Maintain and sustain mobility project accessibility to AVME personnel and VW group with accurate and updated information .



Tax



- Provide support to Tax Function in developing and implementing Tax compliance management system and controls.

- Ensure that Tax implications are considered in HR processes and HR-related financial planning.

- Provide support to Tax Function during Tax audits.

- Keep abreast of current development in the tax landscape in the region.
