To strengthen our Sales & Marketing team in Abu Dhabi we are looking for a:
Capture Manager Middle East (m/f)
Achieve significant order intake for strategic opportunities, generally in magnitude of $50M+
focused on large opportunities, engaging clients/partners/Governments and Defense Forces, lead and develop Capture Management Strategy
Communicate and execute disciplined Capture Management Plan including Price to Win, Competitive Analysis, and drive an international, multi-disciplined team of resources in accordance with the plan
Understand and articulate customer problem space - translate to CAE Operations teams and influence technology, R&D; and product roadmaps as well as recommends appropriate business models to align interests and position CAE for maximum success
Support the development and positioning of CAE capabilities to win within the Middle East defense and other strategic growth markets
Lead the development and execution of assigned large opportunity strategies and capture/pursuit plans
Manage key OEM/partners to a successful CAE relationship and outcomes
Lead complex pursuit and capture teams, developing win themes and strategy as a team
Develop Pursue/No Pursue governance information and executes CAE governance requirements as defined by policy
Manage capture budgets, in conjunction with the assigned BD manager
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years in Aerospace and/or Defense Industry
Background of Military Training Systems, Government Procurement mechanisms and Program Management
Experience and successful track record in strategic and tactical planning plus execution on major pursuit(s) with value in in range over $50M
Demonstrated ability to lead effectively within large Defense industry or within a national defense organizations
Driven, motivated, positive, high energy with outstanding influencing skills
Strong skills in strategic partnering, teaming agreements and subcontract positioning
Commercial and business acumen coupled with balanced negotiation capabilities
Strong financial literacy leading financial model development, estimating, cost rollups and proactive risk management
Experience as business Capture Manager for a major capital acquisition program
Fluency in English and good knowledge of Arabic is an asset
