Job Description Summary:



Executes recruiting efforts (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hiring on-boarding, etc). Develops, designs and helps evaluate summer internship programs. Develops short and long-term recruiting strategies. Evaluates and recommends job postings. Conducts research on recruitment standards and monitors new trends and opportunities. Performs screening and interviews of qualified candidates. Leverage online recruiting resources, tools and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates. Plans and supports recruiting events. Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies. Partners with hiring organizations across multiple disciplines.





Sources external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates.

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our growing portfolio across the Middle East region. You will be a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, responsible for hiring the best possible talent for the region. This is a full life cycle recruitment role focusing on regional hiring activities. You will build and refining global talent pools, engage and influence key stakeholders and deliver a superior experience to both candidates and hiring leaders.



This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with an appetite for change/transformation within a growth environment. Boeing is modernizing the HR function across the globe with new technology (Workday), service delivery models and processes to enable higher value engagement with the business and external talent communities.



Profile Description



- Understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers, and deploy appropriate Talent Acquisition solutions to fulfill the requirements



- Conduct intake meetings for every requirement, partnering with the stakeholders to advise and influence the hiring process



- Execute and comply with all enterprise and local Talent Acquisition policies and procedures whilst always looking for opportunities to enhance them



- Deliver innovative sourcing solutions to meet business needs and generate diverse pools of applicants



- Support social media content and posting to help articulate value propositions to external talent



- Own the candidate experience, maintain engagement throughout the hiring process and beyond



- Advice and execute on candidate assessment and selection including applicant down select, telephone screening, interview co-ordination and testing



- Own the offer management process, propose offer packages, obtain internal approval, extend to the candidates and negotiate where applicable

- Occasionally work out of hours to engage with globally based stakeholders and candidates
