Job Summary Looking for a Maintenance Office Coordinator in Dubai United Arab Emirates UAE Job Key Details Oversee service assistants in the office Plan maintenance activities as per the service contracts Support the purchase of resources and materials to be used by the team Conduct trend analysis and quality reviews on support services Prepare cash requests to be used during maintenance services Carry out invoice tracking through maintaining a database on maintenance contracts Prepare sales order requests Conduct data entry works Respond and document all incoming as well as outgoing mail Job Qualifications and Experience Should hold a Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office program Must be patience courteous with good listening skills Should have good organizational and time management skills Should be able to multitask and work with little supervision Should be self-driven to accomplish tasks and assignments Must be detail oriented and organized Must be able to use and apply the permissions on Dubai Municipality System Fluency in Arabic and English Must have a valid driving license Application Procedure All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
