Job Summary Looking for a Junior HR and Personal Secretary in Dubai United Arab Emirates UAE Job Key Details Respond to telephone calls and provide the required information Handle HR related functions in the company Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate area if necessary Required to manage and update HR databases with different information for example new hires terminations sick leaves warnings vacations etc Plan compile and update company personnel records as well as documents Assist in payroll management preparation as well as payment Assist in arranging travel visas as well as accommodation for the manager Preserve the schedule and coordinate calendar activities Provide assistance to recruiters in posting job ads and processing resumes Respond to employees questions and assist them with the required information Generate manage and keep paperwork for HR policies as well as procedures Assist in preparing reports as well as other documents Plan and handle new employee orientation on-boarding as well as training programs Perform any other related task as may be requested Job Qualifications and Experience Suitable candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management Proven experience in the same or related role Only male candidates are required to apply Ability to effectively use computer applications Familiarity with LMRA visa application and management Good organizational and time-management skills Serve as a reliable and supportive team member Good communications and interpersonal skills Must have very good knowledge in staffing and recruiting Must have a good command of the English language Strong report writing skills with excellent knowledge in drafting emails Application Procedure All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
