The successful candidate must be outstanding early years practitioner who has experience and ideally training in working with young children who are learning English as a second language They will join a teaching team comprising English and bi-lingual speakers A bi-lingual approach to developing English and Arabic language skills is used in foundation stage one An interest and experience in teaching children with special educational needs is important as we have a number of students who need support with their learning The successful candidate will be a highly skilled EYFS practitioner They will demonstrate flexibility enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards school improvement The successful candidates will be expected to contribute to our varied extra curricular programme which includes sporting activities Essential Criteria The successful candidate will have UK qualified teacher status or equivalent be an experienced highly skilled EYFS practitioner have recent successful teaching experience in EYFS work towards meeting the needs of young second language learners show initiative and enthusiasm in their approach to self-development have excellent relationships with students parents and staff be involved in school activities be willing to contribute to whole school department improvement provide outstanding references demonstrate skills and strategies to successfully provide for SEND students in their care be a flexible positive and hard-working team player have English as their first language Salary and conditions of service Contracts are being offered for the 2020 - 2021 academic year only Salaries will be in the range of Dirhams 12 740 17 766 per month Applications should be addressed to the Head of Primary and submitted via the form below Please include your C V and a letter of application as well as the names addresses and contacts of two professional referees Please include the job title in the subject line of your e-mail or our spam filter may reject your application Applications without a letter of application will not be considered Closing Date for Applications is Monday 3 May 2020 Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by Thursday 7 May 2020
