Job Summary Looking for an Administrative Coordinator in Dubai United Arab Emirates UAE Job Key Details Support the development of policies procedures plans budgets as well as strategies to ensure provision of effective and efficient administrative services in the company Provide necessary assistance to landlords and tenants Create accountability measures monitor the performance indicators within the department and prepare reports Draft correspondence formal letters presentations as well as reports Manage all interdepartmental meetings Assist in making administrative business decisions in accordance with company policies Maintain confidentiality of information Ensure all the company property are in good working order Coordinate with internal and external clients on administrative related matters Handle clients inquiries as may be required Keep up updates database of clients Job Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Business Management or any related field of study Applicants must have proven experience in the real estate industry Must be a good leader with excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of the employee recruitment processes Excellent interpersonal and people management skills Must be computer literate Excellent management and leadership skills required Must be currently available in the UAE on spouse or father sponsorship Application Procedure All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
