Responsibilities Authorities Assisting in Formulation and implementation of standard HR policies practices Designing and execution of various Talent development programs Individual Development Plan to ensure they align with business strategy and develop program to ensure enhanced attracting motivating and retention of top talents across the company Manage talent process across the organisation on a regular basis along with Head of HR Analyze and suggest relevant training programs and mentorship programs for talent pool members in coordination with T D Manager Execution of Performance Management by goal alignment skills gap analysis and providing suggesting coaching wherever required and will follow-up on action plans Present analyzed statistical data to Management to support strategic alignment of organizations objectives and to improve employee engagement Conducting 360 degree evaluation for managerial positions Retrieving summarizing analyzing and reporting relevant data Implementation and execution of People of Tomorrow program Conducting various employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing and reporting relevant data Timely preparation of relevant KPIs regarding Talent management and Organisation development Conducting talent interviews and skills assessments and roll out proper succession planning considering various ERs and skill levels required for various positions across the organisation Responsible for implementation of new HRMS software for Head office and subsidiary offices Preparation and distribution of HR newsletter on a periodical basis Management of disciplinary matters issuing warning letters and follow ups Exit interviews managing analyzing and reporting data relevant to staff attrition and retention Management of Induction program for new incumbents Coordinating with Training Manager to Develop in-house trainings for Performance Development Review PDR across the group Manage Training Development function in the absence of T D manager Engage with departments and staff to ensure staff have adequate awareness and understanding of Performance Management System IDP Talent Facilitate staff by addressing their queries related to HRMS and OD Talent related programs and to provide advisory services to all Ensuring completion of other tasks allotted by management SKILLS - Have excellent interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal in English Strong leadership skills Good presentation skills A good initiator and finisher Excellent analytical skills Be motivated and results driven Have good IT skills in HRMS Excel Power Point Arabic is a plus but not mandatory Min Experience 5 Years Salary AED 15000 Temp Perm Permanent Location Dubai Posted Date January 21 2020
