AECOM is the world s premier infrastructure consultancy Its Middle East Africa business comprises around 4 000 employees who collaborate with colleagues across the globe to solve our clients most complex challenges The ME Strategy Growth Group is responsible for Strategy Development Marketing Communications Client Account Management and Work Winning Reporting to the Director Marketing Communications the role of the Communications Coordinator is to support business growth by ensuring all stakeholders employees clients media and potential recruits understand AECOM s strategy and capabilities Minimum Requirements Understand and apply AECOM s brand messaging and voice to promote our technical capabilities and experience to various stakeholders Write and adapt copy in the appropriate style for all audiences including internal media and clients and for different media including print web video and social media Develop and promote thought leadership aligned to AECOM s growth strategy by liaising with the regional end market practice and market sector leadership Write compelling copy for award submissions brochures adverts and thought leadership Develop and lead internal communications campaigns for business support services SH E F A IT Legal Be responsible for creating the Middle East Africa internal e-newsletter Develop engaging content to communicate project wins and milestones corporate responsibility activity and business support service updates Work with other members of the Strategy Growth team including the graphic design studio to produce timely and consistent marketing communications materials Be an advocate for Middle East Africa employees capabilities and innovation by sharing regional content via AECOM s EMEA and global platforms Measure the impact of communications activity and adjust messaging cadence and channels to ensure they achieve the optimum impact Preferred Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills A minimum of four years experience in corporate communications or a journalistic role A bachelor s degree ideally in English journalism or similar Fluent in English What We Offer When you join AECOM you become part of a company that is pioneering the future Our teams around the world are involved in some of the most cutting-edge and innovative projects and programs of our time addressing the big challenges of today and shaping the built environment for generations to come We ensure a workplace that encourages growth flexibility and creativity as well as a company culture that champions inclusion diversity and overall employee well-being through programs supported by company leadership Our core values define who we are how we act and what we aspire to which comes down to not only delivering a better world but working to make amazing happen in each neighborhood community and city we touch As an Equal Opportunity Employer we believe in each person s potential and we ll help you reach yours
