The Senior Business Development Manager Middle East Food FMCG will have a specific focus on the development of long- term strategic partnerships with key Distributor Partners end retailers across the Middle East region Gulf KSA UAE The role will include Manage along with 1 direct report distributor relationships in assigned countries - support monitor set sales targets and ensure delivery Develop Key Accounts Strategy for assigned key accounts with distributor business partners Modern trade traditional trade retailers Develop and Deliver Retail Strategy for assigned markets all inclusive of Product Portfolio and Pricing Strategy Distribution Strategy Sales Promotional strategy and trade marketing Action Plan Monitor and survey customer needs in terms of new or improved products and services identifying business opportunities Ensure delivery of a reliable long term short term planning in order to maintain assured supply Monitor and take action if and where appropriate Senior Business Development Manager Middle East Food FMCG The Successful Applicant The Senior Business Development Manager Middle East Food FMCG must have the following 15 year s experience in FMCG retail sales working for a multinational in Food products selling via Modern and Traditional Trade retailers Expert and proven track record in Middle East regional sales through direct distributor management across region an expert in performance management of distributors ensuring delivery of sales volumes to end retail customers Wider knowledge and matrix management of marketing trade marketing supply finance and other appropriate internal departments Direct management experience of a direct report Dubai based and able to travel across the region frequently What s on Offer To be discussed upon successful application
