Job Summary Looking for Property Office Administrator in Dubai United Arab Emirates UAE Job Key Details Act as the initial point of contact for prospective clients Reach out to clients to collect overdue rent or discuss other issues that require immediate attention Process receipts and bank all rent Establish rapport with client to feel valued and appreciated Reply to client questions and complaints in a timely manner Handle the outsourced service providers at the property and office staff Maintain stock of office supplies and place orders if necessary Generate paperwork in line with regulations Collect goods and confirm they are as stated in the delivery note Assist in paying utilities and assisting with payment of suppliers Undertake office support tasks Oversee all repairs and maintenance of equipment s as well as the office in general Generate letters of offer tenancy and license agreements Maintain a good filing system for smooth data retrieving Plan maintenance calls to apartment units Job Qualifications and Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent At least one to five years of experience in the office Familiarity with landlord and tenant legislation Expertise in Ms Office suite Must be highly organized efficient and enthusiastic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Application Procedure All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
