The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible fordeveloping and executing integrated marketing plans andcommunication strategies to drive brand awareness lead generationand sales while leading the marketing department to enhancecustomer experience and improve sales team through innovative toolsand engagement strategies.
KeyAccountabilities
Develop and execute marketingand communications strategies that align with Emirates Bustanicasoverall goals ensuring effective brand awareness and engagement.
Create manage and oversee marketing materials andcampaigns including and not limited to brochures email campaignswebsite content social media posts webinars and public relationsevents whether inhouse or via thirdparty agencies ensuringalignment with business objectives and monitoring spend returns.
Plan and manage events by developing comprehensive plansincluding budgets timelines and resource requirements andcoordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee event and onsite management by ensuring the setupoperation and breakdown of events run smoothly addressing anyissues promptly and coordinating staff and vendors.
Support the Sales team by analyzing market trends andcompetition to generate sales leads and provide actionableinsights.
Monitor and track the effectiveness ofmarketing activities to provide regular reports and recommendationsfor improvement to the line manager.
Manage the marketingteam (if applicable) and oversee the daytoday of marketingdepartment activities.
Implement best practices forecommerce sales to achieve gross margin and net margin targets.
Conduct market research to gather customer insights andanalyze customer preferences and trends for creating targetedmarketing strategies.
Develop and manage marketingbudgets to ensure costeffectiveness and adherence to financialguidelines while maximizing the use of the CRM system to improveKPIs ROI and business impact.
JobContext:
The Senior Marketing Manager willoperate in a dynamic environment where the primary challenge is thesuccessful implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategywhile educating Emirates Bustanica on the essential practices forgrowing and engaging an external customer base. A significantaspect of the role involves executing as much creative workinternally as possible thereby reducing reliance on externalagencies and aligning with the marketing budget.
This includesresponsibilities in both marketing and digital development ensuringthat all initiatives are cohesive and effectively contribute to theoverall commercial strategy.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor*sDegree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications ora relevant field with specific experience in a variety of marketingchannels including social media email marketing content marketingdigital design/engagement and a strong background in CRM . PreviousFMCG experience is an advantage.
Commercial oroperational background with a proven track record in managingSalesforce and CRM product development projects.
Experience in implementing and managing agile developmentmethodologies particularly in the Salesforce CRM domain.
Strong knowledge of various marketing techniques with aproven record of successfully managing campaigns with clear ROI.
