Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the customer support team in responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Help troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to customer problems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and workflows.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and issues.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation and FAQs.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
