Roles and responsibilities

As Business FinanceManager - IT , you will lead the assignedFP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) functionproviding strategic business partnering support for businessleaders to manage the value of their organisation. Through a solidpartnership and the credibility to influence, you will helpidentify the key drivers of success and through data and soundbusiness judgement, influence the relevant stakeholders to make theright moves.

In This Role, YouWill

- Act asa trusted advisor and Business Partner providing support andchallenge to senior management team to help manage the value oftheir organisation.
- Support EGIT (EmiratesGroup IT) with the IT Portfolio Invest Planning &Forecasting; process,





making recommendations to Board Members forfunding approvals, ensuring adherence to Invest governance at allstages is met & benefits realized post-projectdelivery.
- Build and maintain the IT Rechargemodel, one that is reflective of the services and products offeredby IT to the business & provides a clear show-backmechanism of recharge and cost drivers.
- Managethe process to set annual budgets, full year forecasts, mid tolong-term plans and target setting across the dnatagroup.
- Provide advice and consultancy in thedevelopment and validation of business cases to support theproposal to invest in new ventures, capital expenditure and large /long-term commercial agreements.
- Ensurebusiness performance is monitored on a periodic basis throughrelevant reports, KPIs and meetings (e.g. MFR/MBRs), including theidentification and delegation of actions across the business toimprove future business performance.
- Ensurethat an appropriate financial control environment exists in thebusiness to protect the shareholder’sinterest.






- Ensure the Corporate GovernanceManuals are followed across the entities.
- Leadthe development of the finance teams (regardless of reporting line)within the defined business portfolio to ensure a high performingFinance team.
- Manage the relationship betweenthe Business and Head Office, also focusing on how skills can beutilised most effectively across the Emirates Group FinanceFunction.

Qualifications&Experience;

To beconsidered for the role, you must meet the belowrequirements:

- Bachelor's degree or Honoursplus relevant professional qualifications i.e. MBA or QualifiedAccountant.
- Minimum 10+ yrs within a Financedepartment at a management level in a large, multi-nationalorganisation.






- Proven track record of deliveringreal value add FP&A; support to a dynamic and challengingbusiness.
- Demonstrable experience in leadingFP&A; support through a period of significant businesschange.
- Skilled Business Partner with theability to influence senior stakeholders whilst building solidpartnerships.
- The ability to identify the rightdata to be translated into powerful stories throughPowerBI.
- High proficiency in MS excel (e.g.,formulas, pivot tables, tables and graph production) as well asPowerBI and MS PowerPoint.
