Designation :- Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Objective :- The position holder will support our Business Units by delivering full-cycle Talent Acquisition Services, ensuring all business requirements and targets are met in relation to the hiring.
Liaise with Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and respective HRBPs to develop and implement recruitment strategies across the group. Sourcing and recruiting for a diverse range of positions, from blue-collar to white-collar roles, at junior, mid-level, and slightly senior levels. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization by bringing in top talent across different sectors.
Key Responsibilities/Duties :-
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job scoping and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and supporting in onboarding for a broad range of roles, including blue-collar (e.g., technicians and inspectors of different categories.) and white-collar positions (e.g., engineers, sales, finance, operations, managers etc.) across diverse business entities.
- Innovative Sourcing and Headhunting: Leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques, networking, and head-hunting to attract high-quality talent. Build strong talent pipelines across diverse industries to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Talent Mapping:
Conduct talent mapping to stay ahead of hiring demands, positioning our group to always have access to the best candidates in the market for every industry we operate in.
- Screening & Candidate Selection: Conduct rigorous screening and interviewing processes to assess both technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring candidates meet the specific needs of each industry and role.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers across multiple industries, becoming a trusted advisor and recruitment partner who understands their unique needs and delivers tailored talent solutions.
- Excellent Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication, providing prompt feedback,
and creating a positive candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Fast-Paced & Efficient: Work with a strong sense of urgency to prioritize roles and tasks, ensuring swift and efficient delivery of talent in fast-moving sectors while balancing multiple vacancies at once.
- Offer Negotiation and Position Closing: Lead competitive salary negotiations with candidates, balancing their expectations with the business's needs, and ensuring the best talent is successfully hired.
- Diverse Hiring: Champion diversity in recruitment by developing and implementing strategies that promote an inclusive hiring process and attract talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Recruitment Metrics and Tracking: Maintain detailed and up-to-date recruitment reports and trackers,
providing insights into hiring progress and ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment activities.
- Employer Branding: Play an active role in enhancing the organization's employer brand. Promote the company as a top employer, using recruitment efforts to strengthen our presence in key talent markets.
Ability & Skills :-
- Strong reasoning abilities & sound judgment: Assessing candidates based on experience, qualification, personality, adaptability, cultural fitment in a cost effective and timely manner making informed decisions that align with organizational goals.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience recruiting across multiple industries, particularly Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, and Retail, with a strong grasp of both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
- Advanced Sourcing Skills:
Exceptional sourcing skills using job portals, social media platforms and advanced headhunting techniques with a focus in building robust talent networks and pipeline.
- Multifunctional Talent Mapping: Expertise in identifying and mapping talent across diverse sectors, ensuring the organization is always prepared for both planned and unexpected hiring needs.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, from candidates to senior hiring managers.
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to juggle multiple vacancies and work under pressure, excelling in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the quality of hire.

Experience :-
- Demonstrable experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, sourcing, head-hunting, talent mapping, screening,
interviewing ensuring excellent and smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar roles including technical and support functions.
- Experience in the oil & gas / oilfield services industry would be advantageous.
- Experience in a diverse, multi-cultural working environment.
Additional Knowledge :-
- Excellent English language communication.
- Ability to speak Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Must be well acquainted with UAE labour law & immigration procedure.
- PC literate in MS Office.
Academic Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management or related discipline will be highly preferred. However,
candidates with other qualifications will also be considered if they have relevant experience.
