HOME SQUARE REAL ESTATE is looking for an experienced and well-organized Telesales Agent with pleasing personality to represent the company.
Home Square is a Chinese Real Estate Company in Business Bay. Having been in the industry for 8 years, the company has been trusted by property owners to handle their properties, and investors when in comes to real estate investment.
As part of our growth, we are looking for another candidate to join our team and help us reach more clients, and acquire properties for property management, and increase our sales.
This candidate will be dealing with investors and other companies, and a confident and smart candidate who can present themselves well is what we are looking for.
- The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Contacting leads and offering the company's services and properties.
- Presentation of the company.
- Submission of proposal.
- Following up on the proposal.
- Reporting to the general manager on the performance of the sales of the company.
- Assisting clients in their additional queries.
- The candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing or anything related.
- At least 2 years experience in the same field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Can work under pressure
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Knowledge in Dubai's real estate industry
- Familiarity in different areas of Dubai
- Driving license is a plus
- Working hours:
Monday to fridays - 9am to 6pm
Saturdays - 10am to 4pm
- Salaries and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from AED 3,500-4,500
- Health insurance
- Visa sponsorship
- Commission
