FZN is a fine dining experience by Three Michelin Star Chef Björn Frantzén designed to replicate an intimate living room. Upon arrival, guests are whisked up to an elegant rooftop orangery, housed in a brand-new structure, which overlooks the glittering Dubai skyline.

The ideal candidate will have had exposure to Nordic cuisine and must have previous experience in a similar role within a Michelin starred restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player,





manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele.
