Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations, from product listings to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.
- Optimize the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., SEO, SEM,
email marketing).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
