Requirements
2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Polished communication skills – both verbal and written
Adaptable with the ability to shift gears quickly
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
Excellent follow-through
Focused on creative problem-solving
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook, GSuite, Docs
Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative support to the Office of the CEO and other leadership members and team as needed
Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Arrange travel and accommodations
Implement organizational processes and procedures
Submit all expense reports and receipts
Organize and update electronic files as needed
Ad hoc projects to support the team
