The Office Administrator will support the Client Operations team and manage essential office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. This role is required to be onsite in our office in Dubai, 2-3 days per week, for office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
General office tasks such as managing supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment.
Support project coordination by ensuring timelines are met and collaborating on operational improvements.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a client-focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to handle physical tasks such as sorting mail and managing parcels.
