Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Real Estate Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building client relationships, and representing our diverse portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials.
Negotiate sales agreements and assist in closing deals.
Stay updated on market trends and competitive properties.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using real estate software and Microsoft Office.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
