Direct management of frontline colleagues, including training, attendance, grooming, coaching, and performance appraisals. Schedule and rotate colleagues to ensure optimal position coverage, productivity, and well-being. Ensure adherence to safety rules, departmental policies, and procedures at all times. Conduct daily briefings for frontline colleagues and address any operational concerns. Handle internal customer requests and issues that are beyond the scope of frontline colleagues. Monitor ride efficiency and throughput targets, ensuring optimal guest experience. Train colleagues in the safe operation of equipment and adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
Address and rectify any service delivery defects, ensuring high levels of customer service. Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.
