Job Summary :
The Patient Coordinator cum Sales Executive will be responsible for managing patient relations and sales activities within the Plastic Surgery department.
This role involves ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction, coordinating patient care, and driving sales initiatives to promote the hospital's plastic surgery services.
Key Responsibilities : Patient Coordination :
Patient Management : Welcome patients and guide them through their treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-operative care.
Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
Patient Education : Provide patients with detailed information about procedures, pre-operative and post-operative care,
and address any concerns or questions.
Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and communication logs. Liaison : Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
Sales and Marketing :
Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential patients through various channels such as online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Consultations : Assist in initial patient consultations to discuss potential procedures, providing information and addressing any preliminary questions.
Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting the hospitalâs plastic surgery services.
Marketing Strategies : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients. Follow-ups : Conduct follow-ups with potential patients to convert inquiries into consultations and surgeries.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient coordination and sales, preferably within a plastic surgery or healthcare setting.
Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures and patient care.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and CRM systems.
