Our client, a well-established company aimed in the **_Oil&Gas; Industry_** is seeking for an **_Administrator_ **with minimum of 1-2 years as admin, sales coordinator, secretary, receptionist etc.
**_Responsibilities: _**
- Taking care of Administration and Secretary tasks, such as communication with DAFZA including taking care of all agreements.
- Taking care of all contracts such as apartment or car leasing and so on.
- Taking care of maintaining office consumption.
- Taking care of input bank transferring and checking inbound and outbound payments.
- Taking care of shipping documents to send to customers. But mostly direct shipping from Japan to each country, therefore HQ made a document.
- Communication with HQ and customer for shipping date.
- Sales activities support the salesperson, taking care of quotations, invoices and communication with the customer.
- Business trip with director or salesperson, to translation plus sales activates.
**_Requirements: _**
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- UAE - Administrator: 2 years (required)
- Oil & Gas: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
