**The Role**

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for potential students,





guiding them through our programs and helping them make informed decisions about their career paths.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming inquiries and provide expert counseling on our courses
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Close high-value deals and meet sales targets
- Conduct effective follow-ups to maintain engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service with a hospitality-minded approach
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle efficiently
- Utilize CRM systems to track and optimize the sales process
- Contribute to improving overall customer experience

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in education or technology sectors
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong understanding of the tech education landscape
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and understanding of sales funnel dynamics






- Demonstrated ability to maintain and optimize the entire sales cycle
