Vape Express is a dynamic and rapidly growing E-Cigarette company committed to delivering innovative solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our sales operations.

**Location**: Dubai, Al Barsha

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Process sales orders, prepare quotes, and assist with invoicing and billing.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.






- Maintain customer databases and update contact information as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolve customer issues.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Monitor sales activity and track key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Support sales team members in achieving their targets by providing necessary resources and information.
- Assist with marketing activities, including the coordination of promotional events and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in [E-Cigarette].
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,





with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related documentation and data.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
