Key Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of quantity surveying and procurement for fit-out projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
Monitor project costs to ensure they are within the budget.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost control.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure work aligns with the project scope and budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices and terms.
Prepare cost reports, financial forecasts, and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and industry standards.
- Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out project management, materials, and costs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of UAE market, regulations, and procurement standards is essential.
