Position Overview :
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, drive traffic to our website, and optimize our online presence.
You will play a key role in creating engaging visual content, managing our social media platforms, and optimizing our website for search engines.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of social media, design, and SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Create visually compelling content, including graphics, videos, and animations, for use across social media platforms and digital channels.
Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities, and leverage data to optimize performance and inform strategy.
Design and implement SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs).
Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital marketing efforts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and SEO best practices, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, and SEO.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and / or Canva.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
