Job duties and responsibilities
- Copying, scanning, and storing documents as needed by the business.
Capable of checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts when required.
- Capable of reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows) as needed.
Capable of distributing project-related copies to internal teams as required.
- Filing and maintaining documents in physical and digital records.
Capable of retrieving files as requested by employees and clients.
- Proficient in managing the flow of documentation within the organization.
Capable of maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
- Proficient in preparing ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
- Job qualifications/requirements
2 2 ½ years of experience working as a document controller in any GCC country within the construction industry.
- Preferably candidates familiar with project management, having proficient typing, editing skills and data organization skills.
Good attention to detail.
