Full job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated MEP Drafter with experience in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience in creating accurate and detailed drawings for commercial and industrial projects in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed MEP drawings for construction projects in the UAE, including plans, sections, and elevations.
Review and revise drawings as needed.
Coordinate with other disciplines, such as architects and structural engineers.
Prepare specifications and other documentation for MEP systems.
Assist with project coordination and communication.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in the UAE.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as an MEP Drafter, preferably in the UAE.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
Strong understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and maintenance in the UAE context.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
