M N R Real Estate is looking for a charismatic, confident, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Female Content Creator / Property Consultant. You will work closely with our creative marketing team to represent MNR in various media and promotional content. As the face of our company, you will play a key role in engaging with clients, enhancing our brand presence, and showcasing our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the videographer and director to produce high-quality promotional videos, social media content, and virtual tours.
- Act as the on-camera spokesperson for property tours, client testimonials, and marketing campaigns.
- Represent MNR Real Estate in public-facing content, both online and offline.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate social media strategies to boost property visibility and engagement.
Property Consultant Duties:
- Assist clients with property buying, selling, or renting inquiries.
- Conducted market research and provided clients with up-to-date information.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with developers, landlords, and brokers to grow business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate or content creation.
- Expertise in platforms like social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and regulations is a plus.
- Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
