Description
We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes,
and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases.
- Support HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and training programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HR role is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
