Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Martial Artist Coach with a strong background in kickboxing and boxing to lead training sessions, mentor students, and promote the values of discipline and respect inherent in martial arts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Sessions: Design and conduct engaging and effective training programs for students of all levels, focusing on kickboxing and boxing techniques.
2. Skill Development: Assess students’ skill levels and tailor coaching methods to individual needs, helping them improve technique, strength, and agility.
3. Safety Protocols: Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing safety rules and proper equipment usage.
4. Motivation and Support:
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their personal and athletic goals, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
5. Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve and advance in their training.
6. Event Participation: Prepare students for competitions, including sparring sessions and tournaments, ensuring they are well-prepared mentally and physically.
7. Community Engagement: Promote the martial arts program through community events, demonstrations, and outreach efforts to attract new students.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to enhance program offerings and contribute to a cohesive training environment.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a martial arts coach, with a strong background in kickboxing and boxing.
2. Certification in martial arts coaching or related fields is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong understanding of martial arts techniques,
strategies, and training methodologies.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
6. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
7. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
