Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Your creativity, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that our restaurant delivers high-quality dishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop menus that meet the needs of our diverse customer base and reflect the latest culinary trends.
2. Manage food inventory and control food costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
3. Oversee all aspects of food preparation,





including cooking techniques, portion control, garnishing, and presentation.
4. Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they follow proper food handling procedures and maintain cleanliness standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
6. Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment by adhering to health codes and regulations.
7. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
8. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve the dining experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.
2. Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and sanitation standards.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dishes while staying within budget constraints.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
5.





Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
6. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
7. Fluency in English (additional languages would be an advantage).
