Lead Administrative Assistant - UAE Nationals Only

We have an opportunity for a Lead Administrative Assistant for UAE Nationals to join us at Honeywell , where you will be using your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support. You will work closely with the business leaders and enjoy a lot of interaction with internal employees and external customers. Contribute in a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure financial business processes, payment collections, customer follow-ups, and other administrative business processes.

Key Responsibilities







- Update financial spreadsheets with daily/monthly transactions and forecasts.
- Track and reconcile bank statements, AR, preparation of SOA’s for customers.
- Create, send, and follow up on invoices, payments from customers, preparation of SOA’s.
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
- Support business leadership for record keeping cost analysis for business.
- Draft direction letters and handle letters, e-mails, and general incoming and outgoing correspondence as required.
- Support operations for all inter-department approvals and record keeping of important business-related documents.
- Monitor cost revenue contribution for all operations project/service teams, forecasts, and monthly transactions – work closely with field delivery teams.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with quantitative skills.
- Ability to research financial topics and present accessible reports to colleagues with differing areas of expertise.
- Assist in the production of monthly reports,





customer mailshots, and internal communications.
- Data entry for required in-house processes and compliance, produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations as required for key company meetings and events.
- Business acumen, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to form and maintain client and business relationships.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equal experience and 2+ years of experience in a similar field will have added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Excel, and the ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
- Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
- MS Excel skills.






- Fluent in English is mandatory and any extra language is an advantage.
- Ability to easily and effectively juggle many priorities and competing demands.
- Individuals who are self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
- Professional and courteous communication.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy in a variety of Microsoft and web-based programs.
