JOB PURPOSE

To participate in the teaching, curriculum management and educational innovation in the college.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

- Participate in the work of the Medical Education Center to support and foster innovation in the curricula at the College of Medicine
- Participate in teaching and student's supervision of undergraduate and postgraduate Health Profession Education courses and programs.
- Achieving excellence in research through publishing in high impact, peer reviewed publications in health profession education






- Development and implement Faculty Development Programs

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Leadership in teaching, assessment and learning innovation
- Experience in Technology Enhanced learning and assessment
- Experience in management of medical curriculum
- Record in pedagogical research
- PhD in Medical or Health Profession Education
- Substantial track record of research in Medical/Health Profession Education

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor in Medicine will be an added value
