Job Summary:
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Marketing & Communication professionals to join our team as the Director of Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external marketing activities to enhance our property’s visibility and reputation.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement advertising and public relations campaigns to promote the brand and reinforce corporate identity.
2. Support ongoing media and community relations programs that align with area marketing efforts.
3. Create and execute promotional strategies and brand-building exercises in collaboration with the marketing department.
4. Coordinate strategic public relations campaigns on local,
regional, and international levels to achieve marketing goals.
5. Establish and nurture new business partnerships and collaborations.
6. Liaise with advertising agencies and media companies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
7. Review and approve all press releases and maintain a steady stream of articles for media partners.
8. Oversee the production of marketing collateral from concept to final product in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand enhancement.
10. Organize and manage special events and promotional activities to engage the community and promote the brand.
11. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
12. Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and communications,
preferably within the hospitality sector.
3. Proficient in social media and digital marketing strategies, with a solid understanding of local and international media.
4. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
5. Strong computer literacy, including experience with marketing software and analytics tools.
Work Hours:
Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate events and campaigns outside standard hours.
Experience in Months:
Minimum of 36 months of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
