Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for interior design projects, serving as the primary liaison between the project team, suppliers, and contractors/subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities while managing site responsibilities, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, clients, and design teams by tracking project progress, preparing detailed reports, and updating project timelines.
- Ensure that all necessary materials and resources are readily available on-site, while adhering to established project timelines.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 Years of Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry for both Residential Buildings Fit Outs and Commercial and or Office Fit Outs
- Communication in English and Hindi is Mandatory
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and design principles.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Fit out, joinery, HVAC, MEP.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License
