We are currently seeking a Female Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant to immediately join our Dubai Office . We are looking for an ideal candidate who has a positive attitude, is intelligent, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills. Middle East working experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations and purchase orders
- Assist the sales team by scheduling customer appointments
- Coordinate on sales and office activities
- Follow up on invoices and payments
- Manage petty cash
- Provide payroll support to the head office and assist in coordination
- Facilitate inter-office coordination
- Conduct customer follow-ups and gather feedback
- Handle calls, emails,
and messages from customers and related parties professionally
- Develop and maintain filing systems to manage sales records and prepare reports
- Assist with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent English and Hindi speaking skills mandatory.
- Candidates on spouse visa preferred.
