Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading Humanitarian Aid Organisation. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team based in Dubai. This role will oversee the successful planning, execution and management of various projects alongside driving CSR programs and sustainability reporting.
About the role
This is a strategic role which will be responsible for the planning of marketing campaigns across all channels in order to achieve overall business objectives. There will be regular interaction with various stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure marketing plans align with companywide strategic goals. As the Marketing and Communications Manager,
you will report to the Regional Director and oversee a small team, taking overall accountability for the marketing budget and spend allocation.
Additionally, this role will be heavily geared towards designing and implementing sustainability programs and initiatives, therefore our client requires someone with past CSR experience including sustainability reporting and analysis. There will be occasional travel required to international markets for industry events, trade shows and exhibitions, which at times includes the planning and execution of events.
About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should have a Bachelors in Marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years professional experience, having previously worked in a leadership position which involves strategic planning and budget management.
Our client is looking to hire someone from a similar industry background with exposure to leading on CSR programs and reporting.
