**Position: Administrative Assistant**

**Job Overview:**







We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations at Al Amera Real Estate. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining administrative efficiency, facilitating smooth office operations, and providing outstanding customer service to clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Management:** Maintain a tidy and organized office environment. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

- **Client Relations:** Greet visitors and clients in a welcoming manner. Assist with inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about available properties.

- **Administrative Support:** Assist senior management and team members with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing calendars.

- **Database Management:** Maintain and update databases, including client records, property listings, and financial transactions.

- **Documentation:** Prepare lease agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as required.





Ensure accuracy and completeness of all paperwork.

- **Coordination:** Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings between clients, agents, and property managers.

- **Support Team Collaboration:** Assist colleagues with administrative tasks to ensure efficient teamwork and achievement of business goals.

- **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all administrative activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a strong customer service orientation.







- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is an advantage.

**Education and Certifications:**

- Graduation qualification required, additional certification or training in office administration or real estate management is preferred.
