*Production Quality Control Specialist*
1. *Quality Monitoring*: Conduct rigorous inspections of semi-finished and finished products during the production process based on established company or industry quality standards. Use professional testing tools to ensure that product specifications, performance, and appearance meet the required standards. Perform phased sampling inspections to ensure consistent quality throughout the production process.
2. *Problem Identification and Reporting*: Accurately identify product defects or potential issues and record the relevant information precisely. Upon discovering non-conforming products,
promptly notify the relevant departments to initiate corrective actions and prepare detailed quality inspection reports to archive the results.
3. *Facilitating Improvements*: Communicate inspection feedback to the production team and offer constructive suggestions to enhance product quality. Collaborate with engineers to analyze the root causes of issues and explore effective improvement strategies.
4. *Testing Equipment Management*: Perform regular calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and proper operation. Keep detailed records of equipment usage and maintenance logs, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
5. *Supervision and Audit Functions*: Closely monitor key production stages to ensure adherence to standardized procedures. Audit external suppliers based on quality standards to ensure raw material quality meets the required benchmarks, ensuring strict quality control throughout the supply chain.
6. *Compliance with Standards and Procedures*: Master the company's internal quality management systems and standards to ensure precise implementation.
Adjust and optimize product quality standards dynamically based on customer requirements or the latest industry standards, continuously leading quality improvements.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
