- Summary :
We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies.
The candidate will also have a deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.
- Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company,
including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, and forecasting financial performance.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Manage the company's internal controls and risk management processes.
Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and real estate regulations.
- Qualifications :
- ACCA Qualified or CA with Article ship
6 - 10 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on real estate finance.
Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies.
Deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
