Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes based on French culinary techniques and recipes.
Assist in the creation of menus and daily specials under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Ensure consistent food preparation and the highest caliber of food presentation.
Monitor food stock and place orders as needed to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Requirements :
Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent position in a fine dining establishment, preferably specializing in French cuisine.
In-depth knowledge of French culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring attention to detail and quality.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a passion for culinary excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Formal culinary training or degree from a recognized culinary institution is a plus.
