Position Overview :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media & Content Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join our team and lead our online presence across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our films and company, across all social media channels.
Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers,
and industry partners to expand our reach and maximize collaboration opportunities.
Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to ensure alignment and integration of social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date on emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Studies, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the film industry or entertainment sector, with local (Saudi Arabia) and / or international experience / exposure.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for storytelling and attention to detail.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and execute engaging content concepts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize social media strategies accordingly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Passion for film and pop culture, with a deep understanding of industry trends and audience preferences.
Required language : Fluent in both Arabic & English
