This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubaà or remotely.

YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the group's accounts and assisting in the structuring of the financial and tax issues.
You will report directly to the Head of Finance.
With Paradox itâs the opportunity to work in an environment that is obsessed with automations and taking advantage of digital solutions!
You won't be the person from the accounting department who spends her days recording invoices & highlighting her bank reconciliation! We promise you!
1 - Master our accounting flows through an international context
Revenues - With us, there is no manual invoice entry.
Everything is automated : Our mission is to carry out reconciliations to ensure that the completeness of the revenues is booked.
Expenses - Again, we want 100% of invoices to be fully automated. We're working on it, you'll be helping to ensure that we have all the supporting documents for each expense.
Overdue - Manage our actions in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
2 - Manage taxes from a multi-company perspective
Tax returns - Performing calculations & filings each month
Studies & analysis in the context of our international issues
3 - Guarantee reliable data for high quality analysis
Ensure consistency between our different databases
Creating great visual reports to monitor our KPIs
Be a key player in the implementation of controlling
Implementation of a analytical accounting system that will allow us to make extremely valuable analyses for the product team
Study of the profitability of some products
Participation in the creation of forecasts & re-forecasts in collaboration with the teams
Actor in various structuring projects
Migration to a new ERP
Benchmark to find great tools & solutions that will allow us to manage the company
And many others that will be added as we go along, depending on the challenges we face and your involvement
DO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF
Must have :
Higher education in the accounting field
First experience in accounting (Real + if startup environment)
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheet
Speaks French & comfortable communicating in English
Likes cats (Real +)
